This project is based on the Taipei City Sports Industry Satellite Account for the years 2014 and 2015, and is in line with the revision of the “Sports Industry Development Regulations” by the Department of Sports, Ministry of Education in 2017. The satellite accounts for the years 2016 to 2018 were compiled and a model of operational inputs and outputs was constructed to compare different industries through official statistical information to further understand the structure of different industries and their degree of correlation, as well as the industrial dynamics after the 2017 Summer Universiade Games, Taipei. This provides the basis for analysis of economic information related to major sports events, as well as quantitative reference data for future reports on international or domestic major events. Accordingly, it provides a basis for analysis of economic information related to major sports events, as well as a basis for quantitative reference data indicators for future reports on international or domestic major events, so as to plan more developmental industrial strategies and create greater additional economic benefits for Taipei City as a whole.
