The project for building the applying system and the database of Fulltime sport Coaches

Currently, full-time sport coaches are qualified manually, and the administrative process is lengthy and the application timeline is limited. If the information is incomplete or missing, it must be replaced by a round-trip document, which often causes inconvenience to the applicant and poor administrative efficiency. In addition, at present, the qualification of full-time sports coaches is determined by the applicant uploading the information to the database, and then the information is placed in the database after the specialized unit conducts the actual examination. However, the database has been built for more than 10 years, and the information security management of the system no longer meets the needs of modern network technology development. Therefore, it is important and necessary to establish a platform for the accreditation of professional sports coaches that meets the needs of modern technology development and information security management. Through this project, gradually constructing a complete school full-time sports coach qualification system platform will help improve the convenience of applicants and the administrative efficiency of the qualification unit.
