文字敘述 Sports coach work shop held on 1 December 2022 (Thur.) at Caesar Park Hotel Taipei. Our work shop invited Dr. Li-Kang Chi who had made a lot of effort and work experience in sports psychology. Dr. Chi emphasized on the theme of “psychological empowerment” in the all-day course which do a lot of interaction with the coaches.
Course 1: Find out the athletes’ motivations
Course 2: Build psychological empowerment- Practical operation
